Meet The Leadership Team
David
Managing Director
David began his career after completing a mechanical engineering degree, working for a manufacturer of diesel engines and steam turbines.
He later spent 20 years in the pump industry in technical, project management and leadership roles before joining Termate in 2013 as General Manager and becoming Managing Director in 2025.
He is also a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of both the IMechE and Chartered Management Institute.
Craig
Technical Director
With over 40 years’ experience in the electrotechnical manufacturing industry, Craig brings a hands-on approach to systems, compliance and technical leadership.
Since joining Termate in February 2008, he has played a key role in shaping practical, sustainable engineering solutions, with a focus on problem-solving and supporting teams to consistently deliver high standards.
Lucy
Operations Director
Lucy joined Termate in 2014 and has worked across a range of roles within the business, including sales, production and purchasing administration. In 2023, she progressed into a management role and was appointed Operations Director in 2026.
She holds three degrees, including an MA, and achieved Chartered Manager status in 2023, reflecting her broad experience and commitment to professional development.
