We are delighted to launch our new range of busbar supports. These supports have common bodies which accept alternative inserts. Tested up to 100kA for 1 second. This support range enables reduced and adaptable stock holding to suit your companies needs.
All the slot depth are consistent across the entire range enabling easy adaptation of range designs.
The launch of this new busbar support is the culmination of much more than just a new tool.
To bring this new range of supports to market, replacing the previous range which has been used by 100’s of global panel and switchboard customers for the past 30 years, has been years in planning and many months in implementation.
To ensure that this range continues to be market leading for the next 30 years, it has included the complete refurbishment of our compression moulding presses, multiple new tools for these products & new short circuit testing.

While we were doing this, we also chose to relocate our entire moulding facility, centralising our injection moulding facility and also have our compression moulding facility to be located in our Nottingham facility to maximise efficiency and material flow.
We have increased both raw material stock as well as finished product stores, which all needed new locations and storage systems.
