IP55 Bus Bar Bushing Information
Our IP55 Rated Bushings have a standard outer frame, enabling consistent design allowing rapid integration within rapidly developing infrastructure. Unique adapter plates, providing versatility and adaptability to various conductor sizes, shapes, and material types. The Bushing design meets the requirements of UL 9450 section 13. And are suitable for EESS with a voltage at point of connection V-L (≤1000 V AC or ≤1500 V DC) to IEC 62933-5-1.
Frame Size 4 has an outer dimension of 155mm high by 95mm wide and can accept a maximum conductor size of 4”x 1” (101mm x 25mm) the adapter plates are designed and manufactured to suit your conductor requirements.
Frame Size 6 has an outer dimension of 206mm high by 106mm wide and can accept a maximum conductor size of 6”x1.5” (152mm x 38mm) the adapter plates are designed and manufactured to suit your conductor requirements, however the smallest conductor design tested to IP55 is 80mm x 10mm.
